How to access plan shopping, step-by-step

Shopping for a 2017 plan

If you are eligible for Health Connector coverage, follow these four simple steps to access the “Find a Plan” button and start shopping.

Step 1: Sign into your account

Step 2: Go to “My Eligibility” section of your account

Step 3: Under the “Year 2017” section, click on the “Detail” link:

Step 4: From there, you will be able to browse 2017 plans by clicking the “Find a Plan for 2017” button:

Don’t see a “Find a Plan for 2017” button?

  • First, check your eligibility. Only households eligible for Health Connector and ConnectorCare plans can shop online through your account.
  • Next, see if you already have a plan in your shopping cart. If you have a plan already waiting in your cart, go to your cart to view it. If you want to shop for a different plan, you can do so from your shopping cart.
  • Also, check your enrollments. If you already have a future enrollment pending through auto-enrollment or because you already checked out a plan, you can check by clicking on “My Enrollments” in your account’s left-hand navigation. Then, under your 2017 Future Enrollments, you will see a button to cancel or change your plan. This will allow you to shop for a different plan for 2017.
