At Health New England, we strive to improve the health and lives of the people in our communities. Our Health New England team lives and works in our community, and they’re right here for you. As the only regional non-profit health plan based in Springfield, Massachusetts, we’ve been meeting the health care needs of our members for more than 30 years.

We’re passionate about taking extraordinary care of our members. Everything we do is built around this simple, deeply held belief. Our entire team is genuinely committed to providing caring service, helping to simplify things in a confusing health care system, and always being mindful of health care costs. We keep members at the center of all that we do.

Health New England’s providers and hospitals are focused on helping you stay as healthy as possible, and coordinating excellent health care when you need it. We offer our members a variety of preventive care and wellness resources to help you maintain optimum health and well-being. We offer health plans to serve employer groups and members in the commercial, Medicaid and Medicare markets. We are proud that more individuals, families and small businesses choose us over other health plans in Western Massachusetts for their health care needs.
