  • Our Wellness Track rebate that offers you the opportunity to earn a rebate of up to 15% on your premium contribution by promoting a healthy workforce and completing certain health-focused activities.
  • Plus, some employers may be eligible for a tax credit that could be worth up to 50% of the costs you pay for your employees’ premiums (35% for non-profit employers) only available through the Health Connector.

The Health Connector puts the power of choice in the hands of you and your employees.

New to the Health Connector, we offer the power of choices for employers and employees. Businesses can find the right option for everyone in their company, including two new options in 2018 only available on Health Connector for Business.

ONE PLAN

With this option, the employer picks a plan and the level of company contribution, and all employees enroll in that plan.

ONE LEVEL

The employer picks a plan and the level of company contribution in one benefit level, and employees can choose among a range of carriers.

ONE CARRIER

The employer picks a carrier and the level of company contribution, and employees can choose which plan from that carrier best meets their health care needs.
