• Sponsor the Health Connector’s health plans for part-time and contract employees.
• Employees buy health insurance on a “voluntary” or employee-pay-all basis.
• Create a Section 125 Plan to allow employees to make payments with pre-tax dollars

Contributory Plan

• For full-time and active employees.
• Select a “benchmark” benefit plan design and an insurance carrier.
• Decide the contribution that you wish to make toward a “benchmark” health insurance plan for your employees. (Contributions may be a percentage of the total cost or a flat-dollar amount.)
