The Health Connector currently offers 1 basic option for employers:

• The Voluntary Plan (or Non-Contributory Plan) for part-time and contract employees.

In 2008, we will present another option:

• The Contributory Plan for full-time employees.

For both options, you, your broker or consultant must create a Section 125 Plan so that your employees can use pre-tax dollars to pay their health insurance premiums. This saves money for both you and your employees.
